Salutations, to those whom it may concern! Across the ethernet, I am known as the Iron Kaiser. I'm Cyphir's brother, and I'm a seminarian.
I'm also a scheming world leader and master strategist! Beware, all who would oppose me!
I guess most everyone here already knows me pretty well, but hey, if you want to know more, I guess this is the place!
EDIT [6/17/14]: Now that we're bringing in a whole bunch of people for the Talland RP, I figured I should go ahead and post a proper introduction. As already stated, I'm the Iron Kaiser, or Kaiser, or I.K. As far as this board is concerned, I guess my claim to fame is coming up with the Talland roleplay. Talland is a mix of some of my favorite genres, settings, tropes, what-have-you. I wanted to be able to revel in the same kind of fun that I have experienced with previous RPs, and share that experience with a core group of great people. Oh, and I guess that's the other thing I bring to the table: I'm the guy who knows all the rest of you (or at least most all of you). I personally picked out everybody to take part in this fantastic opportunity based upon your individual character, rather than your abilities as role players. For example, I believe that everybody here is a Christian. The way I see it, the main purpose of a good roleplay is to enjoy interacting with other people and come together as a group, so I wanted the best kinds of people with which to interact.
Outside of the focus of this board, my primary claim to fame is my career interests. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in philosophy at Southern Evangelical Seminary, and ultimately hope to earn my doctorate in Philosophy and Christian apologetics. I'm driven to teach and cherish every opportunity, and when coupled with my fascination and appreciation for such fields as logic, theology, history, and philosophy, well... I feel very strongly that it's my calling. I'd love to talk on any of those subjects if you are so inclined.
Also, I'm Cyphir's older brother. It's an honor and distinct pleasure to grow up with someone so talented as he is, and my appreciation and sense of the arts has certainly been refined through him. I'm a voice-acting hobbyist and enjoy writing fiction, though I am nowhere near as talented as he is. I'd like to think that our respective interests and gifts blend together very well and give each other a certain edge that we otherwise wouldn't have.
